We can work with you in any situation, inside and outside the studio, giving you assistance at all levels, from production to equipment transportation. Also, the care with which we manage our materials distinguishes us from the others, as we never rent our equipment without our direct supervision.

In case you require any equipment that is not present in our extensive inventory, we will find it for you using our affiliations with the main companies working in the sector and our exclusive partnerships.

Should you require something urgently during the period of the shooting service, the SantaVeronica ‘support team’ in the office will be ready to organize it, while the operator remains focused on your job.

If you are working with us for the first time, we can arrange for our operators to meet the photographer before the shooting day, in order to speak about how they would like to work and their preferences.

Each studio has its own digital workstation equipped with a Mac Pro computer tower, two calibrated Lacie 321 monitors or Apple Led cinema display, Lacie hard disk, Canon Selphy CP510 polaroid printer and on request Monitor Eizo, Wacom Intuos 3 tablet, Epson Stylus Pro 3800 printer and everything else you need.

Our digital operators continuously maintain real time backup files of your work in Lacie's hard disk.

All digital files are stored for a minimum of 30 days for your work's safety. We always keep a large stock of portable hard drives on hand to transfer your images onto them at the end of the job, or in alternative burn a DVD.

We guarantee the integrity of our equipment, as our policy is to never rent out equipment without our direct supervision.
